Special Effects

Consider the following special effects photographs.  With these, and many other techniques and tools at our disposal, we can bring a level of
interest to your website, video production and/or print media which puts the competition firmly in second place.

 fx_jill

This is a technique where we use a number of digital photographs
and some technical software to create the illusions of multiple
subjects that are impossibly the same.  Part of making something
like this seem more real revolves around detailed camera
knowledge, lighting situations, and working with the model.

This is another example of what we call the omnipresence
technique.  This time, we employed various posturing, and
acting to make it look like everyone's criticizing the left, front
"model".  Notice the overlapping of the models, and the proper
retention of the reflections in the table.

In this case, a heavy lighting filter was applied to over-richen
the colors.  In addition, the subject is heavly adorned with
colorful garb and make-up.  An extended exposure blurs out the
moving parts of the photo, while the subject stands perfectly
still for a few seconds to arrive at this image.

fx_shake

This is a slightly more advanced version of the omnipresence
technique (no these are not twins).  Ultimately, getting the
hands to the same place/position in space is quite a feat
involving solid items in the frame designed to position the
hands, which are later removed digitally.
